IDESG Newsletter #13

As previously announced, due to the government shutdown, the IDESG 6th Plenary Meeting, originally scheduled as a face-to-face meeting at NIST in Gaithersburg, MD, has been changed to an Online Plenary. The Plenary will be from October 16-18, with general Plenary Sessions on the 16th and 18th and breakout committee meeting sessions on the 17th. The main event page is www.idecosystem.org/6thPlenary, any changes to this email will be posted there.

Some IDESG members have graciously offered meeting space for people who are in DC or still plan to come to DC during that time to meet and participate in the Online Plenary together. These locations are detailed below. Please RSVP your attendance plans.

General Plenary Sessions will be like previous Online Plenary Sessions and can be accessed at www.idecosystem.org/webcast. More detailed access instructions are found below.

Committee Breakout Sessions are linked from this Agenda and will be almost identical to typical Committee Meetings that are held throughout the year.

So whether you plan to attend from your home, office, or with a group, we hope you will be able to join us next week!
